The commercial hub “Silos del Fibreno” born from an ambicious project of regeneration of Broccostella territory, only 3km far from the center of Sora which count about 30.000 inhabitants. This project speaks about the recycling of a disused industrial site and the realization of a brand new building next to it, for 16.000 square meters of area.
The Commercial Hub is situated at the “Broccostella – Sora Sud” interchange of the “Avezzano – Sora – Atina – Cassino – Formia” freeway in 55.000 square – meters’ area, near an amazing area crossed by the Fibreno river which is one of the territory’s distinct signs in which the project is involved.
The public access of the Commercial Hub will be able, thanks to a huge rotary, to canalize the enter/exit streams, while the merchandise will come from a separate and already made access.
The visitors of the Hub will have a big car-parking of over 1.000 car-place, outside and inside; there will be a big green public area integrated in building’s project.
